9th Annual Bath Summer Soccer Shootout
4v4 Tournament
The 9th Annual Bath Soccer Shootout 4v4 Soccer Tournament will be held on July 24, 2010. This tournament provides an excellent opportunity for players of all levels to enjoy the game of soccer while playing in a tough competitive environment – and still have fun. Players should find the tournament a fun rewarding soccer experience.
Bath Summer Soccer Tournament: Now in its 9th year, it has developed into a summer meeting place of talented youth soccer players.

Divisions: (oldest player as of 7/31/08) Boys / Girls U-8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 19 and Open Coed. Maximum roster size is 5
Rules: 4 v 4 Rules
Entry Information: Application fee is $70. $85 if postmarked after July 17, 2010. There will be no exceptions.

Format: Three game minimum. USYSA rules, subject to modifications
Awards: Individual trophies – 1st place teams in each division.
Individual medals – 2nd place teams in each division.
Check In: All teams must have a representative at the mandatory check in. Time and place will be at the Bath Township Soccer Park off Gary Lane at 8:00am on July 24th.
Release of Liability and Waiver of Claim (must be signed prior to the tournament).
If accepted to the Bath Summer Soccer Shootout, we agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Bath Township, Bath Soccer Club, officials, coaches, referees, sponsors, volunteers or any representatives from any action brought through claims, lawsuits or any type of judgment that may arise out of an injury, physical or monetary, to the participants related to this tournament. Further, we certify that each player registered is fully covered by an approved medical insurance plan as required per youth sports. We recognize and acknowledge that adverse weather is an act of God and will accept all decisions regarding use of the facilities (and therefore, potentially, the outcome of competition) by the tournament officials as final without objection, appeal or compensation whatsoever.
